Read and interpret scaffolding drawings and plans. Conduct safety inspections of scaffolding prior to use. Ensure compliance with Work at Height Regulations and company safety protocols. Load and unload scaffolding materials safely and efficiently. Work closely with site supervisors and other trades to coordinate safe access solutions. Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition. Identify and report potential hazards or defects immediately. Mentor and assist trainee scaffolders and apprentices where required.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills needed with strong safety awareness and attention to detail.Core skills required
