As a Learning Support Mentor, you will be leading tailored support sessions with identified students across the school, aiding them to improve in areas of academic weakness. The role will also involve working alongside SEN (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc) students, so you will need to be an adaptable individual, tailoring the way you teach and support each student.

Assisting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
Holding 1:1 and group academic support sessions for students
Promoting a purposeful and supportive learning environment
Supporting SEN students regularly (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
September 2025 Start - Full-time position
£105 - £110 per day - Term time only

Awarded 'Good' on most recent Ofsted

Have a Degree in Psychology or related from a reputable University
Have a passion for the curriculum and supporting young people
Have previous experience working with SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SP&L etc)
Can effectively establish and maintain positive working relationships
