Test Centre Administrator - Glasgow, UK
This is a permanent, part‑time role. You will be required to work a minimum of 4.75 hours per week, primarily on Saturdays, with potential additional shifts during the week. The pay rate is £13.60 per hour paid monthly.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service at all times.
* Process candidates’ sign‑in and explain the test process to them.
* Administer and invigilate tests.
* Ensure all compliance standards relating to test centre operation and security protocols are adhered to.
* Perform general housekeeping.
Qualifications & Expectations
* Friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping.
* Experience using computers preferred, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
* Flexible availability to work different days and times.
* Willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support.
