Job Opportunity: Painter – Property Maintenance (Vale of Glamorgan)

We’re currently looking for a skilled Painter to join a property maintenance team in the Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Interior and exterior painting and decorating
2. Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
3. Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
4. Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
1. NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
2. Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles
3. Own tools and PPE
4. Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Location:
Vale of Glamorgan – property maintenance across multiple sites
Pay & Benefits:
1. £ per hour
