Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of learning initiatives aligned to organisational goals, particularly around systems, processes, compliance, and operational excellence.
* Collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to co-create effective, relevant, and timely training.
* Act as the senior point of contact for technical/process training, including LMS and user queries.
* Mentor, support, and conduct one-to-ones with team members, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
* Partner with the Learning & Development Manager to support reporting, project delivery, and planning activities.
* Develop high-quality training resources across face-to-face, virtual, and digital platforms.
* Maintain up-to-date and user-friendly documentation in the LMS and other shared systems.
* Monitor learning impact, analyse feedback, and apply insights to improve training effectiveness.
* Represent the L&D team in cross-functional meetings or planning sessions when required.
Qualifications
* Strong track record of successfully leading and delivering end-to-end training initiatives.
* Skilled at working across departments and engaging diverse stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing external providers and building trusted internal relationships.
* Experience mentoring or coaching others within a team or project environment.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
* Expertise in systems training, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
* Highly organised and proactive in driving improvements and efficiencies.
* CIPD: Level 5
