About the Role The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to support students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4. You'll play a key role in promoting inclusion, encouraging independence, and helping pupils engage positively in their learning. Your day-to-day duties will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Assisting teachers with the preparation and delivery of lessons. Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs. Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.
