Description
Purpose of the role:
* To provide analysis of, and help develop solutions for, business problems and initiatives.
* To provide guidance and support to other Business Analysts within Business Services and DACB.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensuring the clear and accurate identification of business problems and requirements
* Production of appropriately documented, effective and measurable solution designs
* Clear communication with and to all stakeholders
* Data Analysis and Insights
* Assisting in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
* Management and reporting of team workload and to assist in resource planning
* Mentor and develop junior team members, including on-boarding new starters
* Is also willing to take ownership on any other tasks and responsibilities as required૫>
