As a Sales Account Manager at Hilti, you’ll be the face of our business and the foundation of our direct sales model. You’ll spend your time out in the field, working closely with customers five days a week, using a consultative approach to help them improve productivity, safety, and sustainability on their projects.

What does the role involve?
* You will be out and about in your designated region meeting your customers, to understand their needs, before providing them with tailor-made solutions.
* As well as demonstrating our innovative products and state-of-the-art software to your customers, you will also develop ‘focus’ customers by building relationships and uncovering new business leads.
* You will be responsible for the operational, organisational and strategic account management of your sales area, fully utilising the best-in-class Salesforce CRM system.

What you need
* Full, manual UK driving license and willingness to travel, as you will make site visits to engage with customers Monday to Friday. Have no more than six points on your driving license.
* Ability to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship for Account Manager roles is not offered due to minimum salary thresholds.
You will also need
* B2B sales experience or experience working in construction; familiar with construction environments, processes and applications and looking to take your career in a new direction.
* Solution-oriented approach with the ability to uncover customer pain points and needs to provide suitable solutions.
* Share our values – commitment, teamwork, courage and integrity.
* Resilience and adaptability; comfortable meeting all levels of customers from Site Operator to Managing Director.
* Drive, curiosity and a motivated approach to achieve success, with a passion to learn, develop and grow.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously to manage time and priorities.
