We are delighted to be supporting a leading FTSE-listed organisation in the search for a GRC Transformation & Assurance Insights Lead to support a major programme modernising how risk, controls, and assurance are delivered across the Group.
This is a high-impact role helping to build a more connected, data-led assurance model that brings together Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk, and operational teams into a single view of risk and control performance, supported by modern technology and analytics.
You will play a key role in enhancing the Group’s GRC capability and improving the quality of insight available to senior leadership, with a focus on better use of data, reporting, and automation.
Responsibilities:
* Support the development and ownership of the Group’s GRC platform
* Help deliver and embed a Group-wide GRC system
* Build a consistent assurance data and reporting framework across Risk, Controls, and Internal Audit
* Develop dashboards and insight tools for senior stakeholders and Audit Committees
* Support use of automation and AI to improve control testing and risk insight
* Identify key control weaknesses and emerging risk themes
Skills & Experience:
* Experience with GRC systems, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk environments
* Exposure to reporting, MI, or data-led insight tools
* Understanding of assurance or control frameworks in large organisations
* Interest in automation, AI, or modern risk and controls technology
* Strong stakeholder management skills
