Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits (PMI, Enhanced Pension, Holiday Purchase, Very Generous Retail Discounts etc)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50:50 Office and Home)
RedGreen Partners are looking to attract a Talent Acquisition Business Partner into this newly created role.
If you’re skilled in Talent Acquisition and looking to take what’s already in place in an Organisation to the next level, then this Talent Acquisition Business Partner role could be just the right move for you.
As the TA BP, you'll have the autonomy to develop innovative recruitment strategies, improve processes, and ensure the organisation is offering outstanding candidate experience.
Working as part of an established HR and L&D team, you will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and retaining the best talent out there.
You will be asked to:
* Improve employer branding to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
* Implement and upskill internally on best-in-class recruitment and interview techniques.
* Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial sourcing to onboarding.
* Design effective hiring plans that align with business objectives.
* Maximise what is already in use, what has worked for you previously and try new sourcing techniques to attract talent.
* Constantly prepare for future hiring needs with a robust talent pool.
* Fully utilise the existing ATS, offering training internally where needed.
* Develop into other areas over time, such as early careers.
About you
We’re looking for a TA professional with the passion to create a better end to end recruitment process. You will bring a deep understanding of talent attraction and it’s importance to the entire employer brand. Enjoying creating and completing recruitment campaigns is essential. Having performed in a fast paced, often demanding environment would be a pre-requisite in this newly created, attractive role. A willingness to develop and grow your career should be important to you within the Company's established HR function.
What’s on offer?
Base salary up to £45,000.

The working pattern is hybrid with a rough expectation to be on site 50% of the working week. It’s yours to decide.
