You will be responsible for the strategic development, delivery, and quality of our courses, ensuring they meet the needs of students and employers. The post holder will be responsible for a range of Health & Social care related qualifications to full time 16-18 students at Levels 2 and 3, T-Level in Health and Access to HE students. The post holder will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to demonstrate strong team leading qualities, with suitable Health & Social Care teaching and clinical experience. The post also includes leadership of our prestigious T-Level groups, in close collaboration with our NHS partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to grow and develop the provision and re- affirm it as a flagship provision.
