What You’ll Be Doing
* As a Graduate / Intermediate Building Surveyor, you’ll be hands-on in delivering a wide range of surveying services, including:
* Project management and contract administration (up to £3.5m+)
* Design, specification, and oversight of maintenance works
* Surveys: condition, pre-acquisition, reinstatement cost, and planned maintenance
* Party Wall matters, Licence for Alterations, Insurance reinstatements
* Working with an exciting client list in Central London
Graduate/Intermediate Building Surveyor
* RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
* Strong MS Office skills – especially Word and Excel
* Basic construction and building services knowledge
* Strong communication, literacy, and problem-solving skills
* Enthusiastic, professional, and eager to learn
* Bonus if you have:
* Experience with AutoCAD or similar
* Industry placement or work experience
* A clean driving licence
* London-based or within a 1-hour commute
