Executries Paralegal

Reed is delighted to be partnering with one of their respected clients, a well-established legal firm in Lanarkshire, to recruit an experienced Executries Paralegal. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking team, managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters.
This role is ideal for a paralegal with a strong background in private client work who is looking for a long-term position with genuine career progression. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors and partners, with mentoring and development opportunities from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of executry estates from initial instruction through to final distribution.
* Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and other stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
* Prepare legal documentation including inventories, confirmation applications, and estate accounts.
* Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal procedures.
* Support solicitors and partners with wider private client matters as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience as a paralegal private client work is essential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
