The Assembly Operative position comes with a variety of benefits once you go permanent including: * Free on site parking * 28 days holiday including bank holiday, growing every year of employment * 3% pension scheme after three months of employment * Private healthcare after one year of employment. * 30 minute lunch as well as two 20 minute tea breaks Key Responsibilities for the Assembly Operative: * Working individually or with other Assembly Operatives to assemble electrical products in accordance with company quality documentation and procedures. * Operating equipment such as soldering irons, spot welders, heat guns and hot plates. * Ensuring high standard of workmanship at all times. * Always maintaining safe working practices according to the Health and Safety policy and procedures. * Working in a clean, tidy, and organised manner.
