Soft Services Manager

Are you an experienced facilities professional with a strong background in managing multiple soft service functions? We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the day-to-day delivery of a wide range of services at our client site.
About the role
In this position, you'll be the key point of contact for both our onsite teams and our client, ensuring that services are delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate activities across soft services and 3rd party contracted services, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your focus will be on creating a workplace that is safe, welcoming, and operationally excellent.
What you'll be responsible for
1. Leading and supporting teams across soft services ensuring consistently high performance.
2. Overseeing specialist services delivered via sub-contractors.
3. Handling client escalations promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships built on trust.
4. Ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and health & safety requirements.
5. Managing stock levels for cleaning materials, disposables and catering supplies to guarantee continuity of service.
