Our client is a global organisation supporting some of the most recognised names across Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences, Healthcare, and the Public Sector. This is a role for someone who’s ready to make an impact—someone who can take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, while confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and diverse teams.
Whether it’s leading strategic change, improving business operations, or supporting regulatory and digital transformation projects, this role is varied, client-facing, and high-impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading the delivery of complex and high-value projects across multiple industries.
* Managing the full project lifecycle – from planning and scoping through to delivery and reporting.
* Creating and maintaining detailed documentation including project plans, RAID logs, risk registers, and status updates.
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure aligned and timely delivery.
* Supporting business development activities such as RFPs, tenders, and proposal writing.
* Facilitating workshops to define requirements and project goals.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of experience in project or programme management, ideally within Financial Services, Public Sector, Technology, or Life Sciences.
* Proven success delivering full lifecycle projects in fast-moving or regulated environments.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership.
* Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP) and a solid grasp of delivery frameworks.
* Analytical thinker with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Bonus Points If You Have:
* Experience with regulatory change, digital transformation or target operating model design.
* Exposure to business development activity or proposal work.
* An understanding of the challenges facing asset managers, healthcare providers or government bodies in today’s market.
Why Apply?
This is more than a project management job—it’s a chance to grow your career in a supportive, people-first environment that’s plugged into global change initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to diverse sectors, work on impactful projects, and be part of a team that genuinely invests in your development.
Benefits include:
* £45,000 - £65,000
* Generous employer pension contributions
* Health insurance scheme discounts
* Paid professional subscriptions
* Career progression with annual promotion cycles
* Gym access (Dublin office)
* Flexible working and lifestyle perks like cycle-to-work, travel schemes and employee wellness initiatives
If you’re looking for a role where no two projects are the same and your ideas are valued—this could be the one.
