Due to continued growth and expansion, the business is seeking a talented Fire Design Manager to lead the design and technical delivery of engineering projects from concept through to completion.This Fire Design Manager position offers an excellent work life balance with four days working from home and one day per week in the Reading office. The successful Fire Design Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring all design outputs meet legislative requirements, client specifications, and internal quality standards while supporting operational excellence, safety, and innovation.As a Fire Design Manager, you will oversee all aspects of design and technical documentation across multiple projects.
Working closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, the Fire Design Manager will ensure designs are accurate, compliant, delivered on time, and aligned with business objectives.
