Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full commercial strategy across the workplace & fit‑out division.
* Oversee tendering, pricing, procurement, contract negotiations and risk management.
* Ensure strong commercial governance, cost control, margin protection, and compliance.
* Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape commercial direction and growth.
* Provide commercial oversight across pre‑construction and live project delivery.
* Mentor and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
* Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and the wider supply chain.
About You
* Significant experience in commercial leadership within fit‑out, workplace design, D&B, or construction.
* Strong track record of improving commercial outcomes and protecting project profitability.
* Excellent negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills.
* Confident operating at board and client level.
* A collaborative, people‑focused leader who thrives in a creative, fast‑paced environment.
