One of the UK's largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group are currently recruiting for a Credit controller to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a well-established organisation.
Where will I be working?
This is a full-time office based role working at our offices in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in delivering efficient services to Back Office and Property Managers.
* Manage relationships with Property Managers and schedule quarterly review meetings.
* Analyse and resolve operational issues to minimise business impact.
* Produce reports to identify trends, potential problems, and opportunities for performance improvement.
* Assist in developing and maintaining procedures and systems to support operational delivery.
* Resolve customer queries escalated from Property Managers and external debt collection solicitors.
* Provide support to other teams and managers as required.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Previous experience in Credit Control or Debt Recovery is highly advantageous.
* Comfortable working to SLAs and deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Confident problem solver with strong analytical skills.
* Intermediate Excel skills and ability to interpret data effectively.
* Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to an intermediate/advanced level.
* Flexible and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
