Responsibilities
1. Support all site departments with ad hoc administrative tasks; including but not limited to: accounts administration; stock taking and ordering; data and document management; travel and accommodation requests
2. Management of Video conferencing facilities including maintenance and servicing contracts.
3. Organization of site Occupational Health checks for all employees on site.
4. Manage stock, purchase, and delivery of consumable items
5. Cover the Reception role as required, which from 2026 could include the Howden site.
6. Data entry and maintenance of the training records system for UK legal entity.
7. Support the Office Manager with the purchase ordering & invoicing process and supplier queries.
8. Data entry and maintenance of the training records system for UK legal entity in line with the training & development policy & procedure.
9. Proactive approach to identify expired training and coordination of required training with departments / employees.
Profile
To support the management of all office services within the Pocklington site, under the direction of the Office Manager and to assist with the maintenance of the training and development requirements for the UK & Ireland legal entity, ensuring attention to detail and consistency throughout all aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate criteria:

11. Relevant office administration experience
12. Competence with Microsoft Excel
13. SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
14. Demonstrate good attention to detail
15. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
16. Flexibility to provide cover
17. Be a self-starter and work on own initiative
