Our client is looking for a technically adept and customer-oriented Support Specialist to join their growing Client Services team. In this role, youll be a key contact for B2B clients, providing end-to-end support for cloud-hosted applications and resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. Youll engage with customers through various channels, including support ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA), email, phone, and occasional direct client meetings. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL, SOAP, and tools like Postman. Youll be responsible for diagnosing problems, replicating user issues, and delivering timely, clear solutions, while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
