As part of the Global Science and Technology team, the Climate Change Coordinator will be involved in shaping and implementing the businesses climate change strategy, including carbon foot-printing, target setting, and target tracking. They will also play a crucial role in identifying and delivering emission reduction initiatives across all operational areas, and in assessing and managing climate-related risks and opportunities. Our European operations span Sweden, Belgium, Finland, and the UK, with a Science & Technology hub in the UK and corporate functions in France and Luxembourg Description Collect and consolidate energy, emissions, and climate data from global sites Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of environmental data Support the development of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies Prepare data for internal dashboards and external reporting (e.g. GHG Protocol) Work with site teams to highlight potential energy improvement areas and support the application of best practices Support the ESG team in the implementation of an improvement plan for Artemyn and operate within group EHS policy to continue the enhancement of the group's performance in this area Profile A successful Climate Change Coordinator should have: A degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Science or Engineering. An ability to work with numbers that will help you to manage our climate/energy data. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, Ability to translate complex scientific and policy information into actionable recommendations Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders Experience working with climate/energy data, ideally in an industrial context would be an advantage Job Offer Competitive salary Eligibility for a 10% performance-based bonus.
