Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Facilities Coordinator. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the facilities team.
Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
1. Managing venue booking systems
2. Liaising with corporate tenants
3. Maintaining office stationary and supporting office set ups
4. Carry out routine metre readings & inspections
5. Covering reception duties as required
6. Data entry and record keeping
Facilities Coordinator Requirements:
7. Experience within a similar facilities position
8. Good use of microsoft packages, like excel
9. Excellent written & verbal communication
10. Strong organisational skills & able to prioritise workflow
11. Able to perform physical tasks when required
12. Relevant qualification of A level or above
