My client based in Colburn is looking for a temporary Finance Assistant who can start with immediate effect. The contract will be for approximately 3-4 months and is suitable for an experienced Finance Assistant who can hit the ground running.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Coding and posting supplier invoices
* Supplier statement reconciliation
* Managing and maintaining purchase ledger
* Prepayments & Accruals
* Intercompany transfers
* Answering supplier emails/ calls
* Matching invoices from suppliers with purchase orders/ delivery notes
* Credit control duties
* Code and post credit card expenses to the purchase ledger on a timely basis
* Balance sheet reconciliation
* Working closely with the Finance Manager to establish the weekly cash payment BACS run
* Multi-currency bank reconciliations
Desirable qualities:
* Sage 50 experience
* Payroll experience
* Excellent organisational skills
