Senior IFA Administrator
Location: Ipswich
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE - Full-time, Hybrid

We’re delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent financial advice firm who are looking to welcome a Senior IFA Administrator into their close-knit support team in Ipswich.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, people-first business that has built a strong reputation for providing bespoke financial planning and wealth management services across the UK. With around 20 staff, the business offers the best of both worlds: big enough to provide stability and opportunity, but small enough to make decisions quickly without the corporate feel.

What you’ll be doing
* Preparing and processing business for new and existing clients
* Supporting paraplanners and IFAs with day-to-day administration
* Maintaining client records on the back-office system (Intelliflo Office)
* Handling client and provider queries via phone and email
* Liaising with product providers to gather policy information
* Ensuring client files are compliant with FCA regulations
* Assisting with suitability report writing and other technical admin tasks
What we’re looking for
* 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration (IFA/Wealth Management background essential)
* Strong knowledge of report writing and ideally some experience with suitability reports
* GCSE Maths & English (C or above) or equivalent
* Confident communication skills and strong attention to detail
* Proactive, team player who enjoys getting stuck in and supporting colleagues
* Experience with Intelliflo Office and provider platforms is desirable
* Progress towards industry exams (CII) would be a bonus – or willingness to study (full support provided)
