Applications are invited from experienced Phlebotomists to join our team providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. We also welcome applications from individuals with minimal or no Phlebotomy experience, provided they possess the required attributes. All successful applicants, unless qualified to work in all areas, will start on a Band 2 and progress to Band 3 upon demonstrating competence across all areas.
We seek individuals with the skills and flexibility to support our services in Outpatients, Trust wards, and GP clinics. Currently, we have hours available at our Winchester site. The successful candidate should be willing to participate in the weekend rota and may be asked to cover unexpected leave or staff shortages at our other hospital sites (Basingstoke and Andover hospitals).
