In this role, you will support older people to remain independent, safe, and connected in their own homes. ________________________________________ About the Role As an Independent Living & Dementia Support Worker, you will provide practical and social support tailored to each individual’s needs. You will work with older people, including those living with dementia, helping them maintain independence, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
