Overview
Lead the implementation, evaluation and continual processes improvement Team for R&D
Key Responsibilities
* Support implementation of value add, cost saving, productivity initiatives to maximize R&D investment: where appropriate, provide project leadership for such initiatives (matrix teams and FSP as needed)
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives for Cross-R&D business issues resolution team, Business Partners Network to deliver the strategic initiatives selected by RDLT (matrix organization and FSP)
* Secondary support for cross R&D business related issues
* Oversee audit implementation, analysis and follow-up
* Coordinate BAR/AAR COE (Before and After-Action Reviews)
* R&D new training liaison
Skills and Experience Required
* 10+ years in R&D operations, business support
* Strong coordination skills
* Experience working in cross-functional R&D teams
* Experience in data driven process improvement
* Established and credible experience in project management
* Working knowledge in drug research, development and manufacturing processes of pharmaceuticals
Qualifications and Education Required
* Bachelors in science, operations, or business-related field
