We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Moston. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to helping children reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN and behavioural needs. Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored learning strategies. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils in managing their emotions and behaviour constructively. Assist with classroom activities and general duties as required. Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN and/or challenging behaviour (school-based experience preferred). Confident, patient, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Available to work Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 16:30. Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
