Find out more by taking a look at our website. Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a National Learning & Development Lead to join our Sector Support, Development and Delivery Directorate. As a National Learning & Development Lead your focus will be to drive performance and quality within the care sector through the development and delivery of high-quality training to the social care workforce. This is a fantastic opportunity for an L&D professional with a background in health and social care to make a real impact by developing and delivering training programmes that promote professional growth and compliance within the care sector. We are looking for a person who can facilitate synchronous virtual classroom courses, face to face teaching sessions and seminars that inspire and empower care staff to meet regulatory compliance and industry standards, focusing on quality and best practices. Experienced in the planning and design of engaging learning courses and content, you will have a track record of delivering training using diverse methods including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches. An excellent communicator, with the motivation and ambition to succeed, you’ll have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver and proactively develop services.
