Key Responsibilities Access Control: Managing entry and exit points, including checking identification (ID) to ensure compliance with age restrictions. Crowd Management: Monitoring crowd density and behavior to ensure the safety of all patrons and staff. Conflict Resolution: De-escalating potential conflicts quickly and effectively using verbal communication skills. Customer Service: Acting as a friendly face for the venue, assisting customers with queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Safety Checks: Conducting searches (if required by venue policy) and reporting any health and safety hazards. Incident Reporting: documenting any incidents accurately in the site logbook. Requirements Essential: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (Must be active). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Smart professional appearance.
