You’ll play a key role in developing community football programmes, managing lettings, and supporting enrichment activities for students and local users.What you’ll do:Promote and manage the All-Weather Pitch and Sports Centre facilitiesAct as main contact for community users, clubs, and partnersCoordinate leagues, events, and sports development programmesSupport enrichment activities and fitness suite inductionsOversee bookings, finances, and administration for facility lettingsLead and organise casual staff rotas and timesheetsMaintain high standards of health, safety, and facility upkeepCarry out keyholder, security, and maintenance duties as requiredWhat we’re looking for:Level 3 qualification in Sport or Business Studies (or equivalent)FA Level 1 in Coaching Football (minimum)Experience in facility operations, customer service, or sports developmentConfident communicator with good IT and social media skillsFlexible and well-organised — some evening and weekend work requiredFirst Aid and Fitness Instructor qualifications are desirableWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.Please note that this vacancy may close before the published closing date if sufficient applications are received so if you are interested, please apply as soon as possible.
