Construction Manager (TCA) - Leiston, IP16, UK
Location: Sizewell C, site-based 5 days a week in Leiston, Suffolk (occasional weekend work required)
Contract: Permanent, full-time.
Salary: Competitive depending on experience, plus benefits.
Benefits include:
* Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.

About the Project

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing the reconstruction of a key section of the SZC works.
* Leading in safety, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
* Managing logistics, stakeholder engagement, and the entire construction lifecycle.
* Team Leadership and Strategic Execution: Developing and implementing detailed construction strategies.
* Project Oversight: Ensuring safety and quality in project delivery.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with contractors, regulators, and government bodies.
* Driving continuous improvement and embedding lessons learned.
Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and a proven track record of their implementation are essential.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven leader with experience managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
* Experience supervising Tier 1 contractors and team members.
* Leadership skills to inspire teams and resolve complex issues.
* Technical knowledge of construction methodologies, CDM Regulations, and earned value management tools.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Degree and chartered status in engineering, construction, or related field (desirable).
* SMSTS and CSCS site manager card required.
