Overview
You will be trained and supported to gradually take on the following responsibilities:
Exam Officer Duties
* Registering students for internal mock exams and workshops
* Managing and updating timetables, exam lists, and student records
* Supporting exam setup, invigilation coordination, and logistics
* Communicating exam details and results to parents and students
* Ensuring data accuracy across internal systems
Business Administration Duties
* Answering phone calls and handling email enquiries professionally
* Supporting day-to-day administrative operations
* Updating and maintaining internal databases
* Preparing documents, schedules, and reports
* Following up with customers for outstanding information or payments
* Assisting with workshop and event organisation
* Learning and supporting our internal systems for bookings and student management
