Our client, is seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician to join their busy Accident Repair Centre based in Cardiff.
For your hard work, you will be rewarded with a salary of £37,440 and be working 40 hours per week; 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Benefits:
Starting rate up to £18+ per hour; however, this is negotiable based on experience.
Overtime, subject to availability, paid at an enhanced rate of time and a half.
20 days annual holiday allowance plus the 8 bank holidays.

Fulfil all tasks to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
Complete the assigned jobs within the estimated paint times.
Safeguard the customer’s vehicle and its contents while in the Bodyshop.
Ensure that all vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to the customer.
Carry out repairs according to best practices and procedures.
Meet acceptable safety and quality standards.
Interpret and implement technical instruction data.
Use all paint mixing schemes and drying areas, and equipment accurately for all paint repairs.
Seek clarification from the Bodyshop Manager if a work order is not clear or seems to be incorrectRequirements:
Previous working experience within a Paint Sprayer role
The ability to work to a high standard with an up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
ATA would be beneficial
Fully Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
