It starts with you. As an Administrator in our Radiology department, you will: Deal with queries via email, over the phone and in person Ensure accurate patient processing. Maintain databases. Provide secretarial services such as minute taking, audits and diary management. Manage the in and outflow of radiological images. Work as part of the team to enable a smooth patient journey through our department Provide cover both in the day and some evenings As an Administrator, you will: Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner. Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths, with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent. Have good IT and keyboard skills. Preferably have experience within an administrative or customer facing environment. Have good focus and attention to detail.
