IT Trainer – Learning & Development Permanent 3 days office / 2 days working from home per week Are you an IT Trainer with strong digital learning experience looking for an exciting new position? Covering the position of Learning & Development Officer, you will be providing high-level IT training for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training for a leading UK law firm. The position will have a focus on creating and delivering digital training material for business systems including full Office 365 suite and in-house CRMs. The role only requires you to be in the office 3 days per week with the rest working from home, giving you a great work/life balance! Responsibilities Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees. Essential skills * Must have experience of working in Learning & Development or IT Training * Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications * Experience with LMS and e-learning tools (ideally Articulate) * Law or similar professional services experience is preferred * Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability * Excellent communication skills * Excellent presentation skills If this sounds like you, hit apply now
