Location: Bridgwater & Taunton area Pay: £20.00 per hour Start Times: Night shifts Job Type: Flexible work available Monday to Sunday Pay Type: PAYE Driver Hire Bridgwater & Taunton are currently recruiting Class 1 HGV CE Night Drivers for our client, with work available across Monday to Sunday. This role will involve trunk runs, trailer swaps and CDC work. The Role You will be responsible for: Class 1 night trunking work Completing trailer swaps CDC deliveries and collections Carrying out vehicle checks before and after each shift Ensuring all paperwork and delivery processes are completed correctly Representing Driver Hire and our client in a professional manner What We Offer £20.00 per hour Night shift work available Flexible shifts available Monday to Sunday Options for ongoing work Temp-to-perm opportunities available if successful within the role Weekly pay Support from your local Driver Hire office Requirements To be considered, you will need: A valid Class 1 / HGV CE licence Valid CPC qualification Valid Digi Tacho card Minimum 1 year of full commercial driving experience Previous Class 1 experience preferred Good knowledge of drivers’ hours and working time regulations A professional and reliable approach to work About Driver Hire Driver Hire is the UK’s largest specialist transport and logistics recruitment company.
