The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our IT Business Services team at Deloitte. You will oversee the internal delivery of projects, managing and coordinating the planning, execution, and delivery of various technical and non-technical projects across the firm. The successful candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved within budget and aligned with KPIs. You will report to the Program Manager and lead the project team.
Your experience / Background / Core Skills
* Must have technical experience in managing full end-to-end delivery and implementation of business change projects, new technology, and new services (e.g., hardware upgrades, migrations, integrations, networks, infrastructure, AI services).
* Must have Financial Services sector experience.
* Experience in IT business change and leading transformation projects in IT and HR, understanding strategy, organizational transformation, and cultural change.
* Stakeholder management is key — able to communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding strategic directions and requirements.
* Project Management - managing budgets, risks, actions, issues, and monitoring/reporting progress to stakeholders and governance groups.
* Supplier Management - experience working with third parties and procurement teams, including negotiation skills.
* Communication skills – ability to clearly articulate technical requirements, solutions, and recommendations, report on project status and KPIs, and communicate risks and issues effectively.
* Team Leadership - managing, coaching, and motivating project teams to foster a positive environment.
* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
* Knowledge and experience with MS Planner, ServiceNow, SPM, Azure DevOps.
Deliverables: Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end delivery of internal IT projects for IT Services or business demand.
