At Bayview, we put the residents at the heart of everything we do and each colleague within the care home plays a key role in how we support our residents.The post is responsible for leading a team to support vulnerable adults in a residential setting and to contribute to the movement and treatment of clients to maximise their physical comfort.You must have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, follow instructions and possess good communication skills.
