P General Manager – Barnet – br Basic Salary - £70,000 - br OTE -£110,000 (uncapped) br Company Car – br Extensive Benefits Package - br br Our client, a busy franchised dealership, in Barnet has the requirement for an experiencedGeneral Manager / Head of Business to lead their successful dealership team. br br Responsibilities br br As a General Manager / Head of Business your responsibilities will include: br br Achieve profit and volume objectives against budget br br Provide leadership & coaching to your dealership team br Communicate vision and goals br Oversee recruitment and retention of staff br Agree standards and the performance required br Conduct monthly appraisals/reviews with line managers br Install, monitor, and maintain processes br Provide, maintain, and ensure Excellent Customer Service is delivered at all time br Monitor and review each departments financial performance br Conduct monthly Accounts Reviews with line managers br Work with Dealership Accountant to examine accounts, operating controls, composite etc br Maintain financial controls to operate within expense budget br Examine and control Weekly/Monthly debtors br Review sales volumes, pricing policy, discounts, parts pricing and labour rates br Build and manage relationships with manufacturer and suppliers br Health & Safety and Site Security br Monitor, understand and use best practice to achieve Group KPI’s br br Experience, Skills & Qualifications br br Essential Requirements: br br Minimum of 2 years General Manager / Head of Business experience br Franchised Dealership Experience br Full UK Driving Licence br br Remuneration & Benefits br br Basic Salary of £70,000 br On Target Earnings of £110,000(uncapped) br Company Car br Extensive Benefits Package br /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
