Youll work closely with Directors and senior leaders, helping to translate financial data into meaningful guidance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly management accounts, including income statements, balance sheets, and supporting reportsAnalyse financial performance and provide clear commentary on variances and trendsIdentify areas for improvement and present actionable recommendations to senior managementSupport and collaborate with the wider finance team across day-to-day operationsReview and enhance financial systems, processes, and controls where necessaryCommunicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholdersAssist with purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, and other finance functions as requiredEnsure compliance with current financial regulations and standardsLiaise with external auditors, accountants, and regulatory bodies when neededContribute to ad hoc financial projects and tasksAbout YouAAT qualified (Association of Accounting Technicians)Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar roleStrong grounding in accounting principles and financial managementExperience in bookkeeping and financial data processingComfortable working in a fast-paced, medium-sized business environmentStrong analytical skills with attention to detailConfident communicator, able to present financial information clearlyProactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support across the finance functionAble to meet Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) requirementsWhats on OfferFlexible working with the option of a 4-day weekSupportive, team-oriented culture within a family-run businessOpportunity to influence and improve financial processesA role where your input is genuinely valuedIf youre a driven Management Accountant looking for a role where you can make a real impact, wed love to hear from you - please apply now or give us a call on 01258 458 695 to find out more!TPBN1_UKTJ
