What you’ll bring:
Technical Credentials – HNC in a STEM subject preferred, but we’ll support you to achieve it if needed. Professional engineering qualification (CEng or IEng) or a willingness to work towards one.
Operational Experience – Control room or operational experience preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
Sharp Decision-Making Skills – Ability to work calmly under pressure and make key decisions.
Detail-Focused – Excellent data accuracy and monitoring abilities.
Flexible – Able to work a rotational 24/7 shift pattern, with occasional changes as required. This is a shift working role, following a 24/7 rotational shift pattern. Two shift patterns apply:
24/7 shift rota working Morning/Afternoon and Night shifts attracting 26% shift allowance.
Alternating shift pattern working Morning/Afternoon shifts Monday – Friday attracts 13.5% shift allowance. (Potentially utilised during periods of training)
