We are looking for a superstar property management intern for our property management company in Victoria, London. There will be a high level of customer communication so we are looking for someone personable with a clear, calm and professional phone manner. Starting in December or November for a min of 3 months. You will be assisting the lettings team with the management of our properties in London. On a daily basis you will be: Attend and arrange property visits and annual inspections Assisting new tenants Arrange work on properties such as cleaning and maintenance and repair Liaise with contractors regarding any maintenance work Update and maintain our property management system Advertise and promote property vacancies Any other ad hoc administration duties as required. Travel and lunch expenses covered up to £10 per day. What are we looking for? Due to the nature of the role it is important that you have the following skills; · An excellent customer service attitude, with the ability to deal with difficult queries in a polite and professional manner · Strong negotiation skills · Good verbal and written communication skills · Excellent attention to detail · Being able to cope with repetitive tasks and maintain a high level of attention to detail · Be a self-motivator · Computer literate with Outlook, Word and Excel experience This internship can lead to the possibility of a full time permanent job for the right person.
