About the role This an exciting opportunity to join our Knowledge Solutions Marketing team as a Marketing Executive supporting both digital and in person events. This role will focus on increasing event acquisition, maximizing lead generation, and ensuring successful execution of events to drive attendance and engagement. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the wider marketing team to maximise event support and opportunities before, during and after events. Partner with marketing to pilot and track event-specific sales initiatives, including testing promotional codes, but capitalising on the opportunities for revenue generation. Drive registrations and attendance at webinars and physical events, ensuring high registration-to-attendee conversion rates. Work with the Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Executives, Sector and Committees Managers and Event Managers to plan, schedule and deliver a year-round calendar of event campaigns. Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix, including digital channels, email, content, social, PR, ads, and trade media, tailored to event promotion. Brief and manage copywriters and content creation for event marketing, including landing pages, and event collateral. Support the logistics and coordination of event delivery, liaising with internal events and marketing teams and external event organisers. There may be some travelling involved when required. Track, analyse, and report on event performance metrics including registration, attendance, lead generation, and conversion. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pardot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise future event marketing activities. Monitor audience engagement and provide insights to inform continuous improvement. Share outcomes and insights from events with marketing, sales, and product teams. Collate and communicate customer and attendee feedback to support future event planning and campaign improvements. Stay informed on new event marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign delivery. To be successful in the role, you will have: Demonstrable experience within a similar marketing based role. Strong evidence of stakeholder engagement and management. A good understanding of project management in relation to events. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Ability to work on multiple event marketing requirements at the same time. It is not essential, but would be highly beneficial if you have: Marketing experience with google ads. Previous experience working in events or event specific marketing.
