We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team. The Accreditation Compliance Team plays a very important role within MJ Quinn. The team validate and investigate Accreditations, non-compliance and provide analysis and trends, this is all done to be able to help MJ Quinn and our Partners prevent recurrence of such non-compliance and support in third party onboarding.

Responsibilities
* Creating operative accounts on Worker Hub and Depo Net.
* Checking PEC forms
* Communicate with operational staff to identify critical areas of non-compliance.
* Liaise with operational teams to ensure all projects have the appropriate Accreditations and job roles
* Creating online induction registers and managing attendance
* Dealing directly with Contractors both verbally and by written instruction
* Accepting / rejecting operatives on SMART.
* Review and collate data for any contractual requirements
* Allocating job roles on SMART.
* Driving internal teams and subcontractors to improve and maintain compliance
* Responding to contractor enquiries via e mail
* The inputting of data into the appropriate databases
* Maintaining onboarding Tracker.
Experience and skills
* Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities, with attention to detail.
* Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate all levels.
* Be computer literate.
* Microsoft Excel experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
* Have a strong orientation towards Accreditation compliance.
* Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
