Your new role
* Develop and implement manufacturing processes for precision-engineered components
* Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and prototype builds
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and reduce waste
* Ensure compliance with defence and quality standards (ISO, AS9100, etc.)
* Use CAD and simulation tools to validate manufacturing feasibility
What you'll need to succeed
1. Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
2. Proven experience in a high-spec manufacturing environment (defence, aerospace, automotive)
