As our new Head of Operational Delivery & Governance, you'll lead from the front, ensuring seamless execution of strategic projects while building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the Project Management Office (PMO)
* Overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology projects across scope, schedule, budget & quality
* Collaborating across Service Management, Operations, and Finance to align with business objectives
* Driving forecasting accuracy across 3, 6, and 12-month horizons, supporting EBITDA growth
* Mentoring Project and Service Delivery Managers to elevate team performance
* Being the go-to escalation point for high-impact client delivery
* Championing process optimisation and project governance across the function
* Tracking KPIs, manage resource allocation, and drive delivery excellence
* Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
What You’ll Need
* PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification (Essential)
* Proven track record in SaaS/HaaS project delivery
* Strong financial and resource management skills
* Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional teams
* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Exceptional client communication and stakeholder management
* (Desirable: ITIL, HALO ITSM, Jira, Microsoft Project)
* A strategic and naturally collaborative mindset
