Contract Harvest Worker – Fresh Produce (Fixed Term 6–8 Months)- Warwickshire / Leicestershire - £14.00ph + Accommodation
The Job:
We are recruiting for an experienced Contract Harvest Worker to join a well-established fresh produce business for the 2026 peak season. This is a 6–8 month fixed-term opportunity working within harvest operations during a busy and important period.
This role would suit someone with previous harvest or fresh produce experience who is reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting daily harvest activities to meet production targets
- Working efficiently within a harvest team
- Following instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Maintaining quality standards throughout harvest
- Adhering to health & safety and food safety procedures
- Adapting to changing weather and crop conditions
The Candidate:
- Has previous harvest or fresh produce experience (preferred)
- Is physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Has a strong work ethic and good attention to detail
- Is reliable and able to work extended hours during peak periods
- Works well as part of a team
The Package:
- £13–£14 per hour DOE
- Accommodation provided
- 6–8 month fixed term contract from March 2026
