Are you ready to step into an exciting role in the automotive industry? Our client is looking for a cheerful and professional Temporary Receptionist to join their vibrant team in York, YO30! Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary (5 weeks)
Start Date: Thursday, 11th September
Hours: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Additional Days: 6th and 10th October
Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Location: YO30 - Clifton Moor, YorkWhat You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers with a friendly smile and assisting them with their inquiries
Managing phone calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operationsWhat We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus
